The hotel’s location near the water is fantastic, with stunning views and a beautiful room. However, check-in was chaotic, and it took far too long. The staff could improve communication, and for the price, I expected a more seamless experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

missingWrote a review on Sept 25friendly staffconfusing parking arrangement
The parking arrangement was somewhat confusing, especially
when I first arrived. While the hotel was well-kept and staff friendly, I struggled with the payment app in the garage. My refrigerator needed attention, but overall it was a pleasant stay. I'd recommend checking the amenities ahead of time.

Couples retreat with a few hiccups
The location was stellar, right by the waterfront, tons to do around. Honestly, the staff helped me out with room service issues late at night when I needed it, making things less stressful.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still tolerable.

It was just a prime choice for a rapid stop in North Vancouver with good value for money. The quilt was a bit thin, but the room was clean and cozy which made for a decent night's sleep. Just be mindful of the curtain controls if you need assistance.

missingWrote a review on May 04cozy bedlocal restaurantsnightlife conveniencenoise disturbance
The Deluxe King Room offered a decent comfort level with a cozy bed and enough space to stretch out after a long day. The proximity to local restaurants and nightlife makes it quite convenient for those looking to soak in the local vibe.
Noise levels can be a real issue, especially with kids screaming during the day and enthusiastic adults clattering around ping pong tables until the early hours. The complete lack of window openings left the atmosphere feeling stuffy, stifling the fresh mountain air that would have elevated the experience considerably. For those seeking a tranquil escape, I wouldn't recommend this place during busy periods. you'll be in the thick of the action, not exactly a serene getaway.
